WHY DO I NEED AN ANNUAL WATER HEATER FLUSH? Sediment naturally builds up in your water heater (more does if you live in a “hard water” area of town) over time. The more build-up there is, the harder your water heater has to work to first, heat up the sediment and then your water, using more energy/gas, causing more strain on the components and rendering the unit less efficient.
WHAT IF MY WATER HEATER IS NEW? Water heaters should be flushed every year. So even if you just had your water heater installed, it will be due for a flush and inspection within a year. We will reach out to you within the calendar year to make sure you take advantage of your included annual flush.
WHAT’S A 360 SAFETY CHECK? the 360 safety inspection includes a plumbing professional checking all fixtures including toilets tubs, faucet, water heater cut-off, water meter pressure and more. Anything that has to do with plumbing connections and pipes, we got it covered!
